Today marks the 11th anniversary of the Russian-Armenian Center for Humanitarian Response. Over the years, the Center has become an important platform for specialist training, the development of international cooperation, and the implementation of modern approaches in the field of emergency prevention and response.

Over 11 years of operation, the RACHR has implemented dozens of educational and humanitarian initiatives, bringing together specialists from different countries to exchange experience and collaborate in the fields of safety and emergency response. Today, its achievements include thousands of trained professionals, international projects, humanitarian programs, and the advancement of rescue personnel training systems in Armenia and the South Caucasus region.

Today, the RACHR is a modern educational and practical center, as well as a team of specialists working to enhance safety standards, develop professional competencies, and strengthen humanitarian cooperation. The Center holds the status of a Regional Training Center of the International Civil Defence Organization and actively cooperates with leading universities of EMERCOM of Russia while also developing its own firefighter and rescuer training programs across various professional fields.

The RACHR continues to expand its educational initiatives, strengthen professional cooperation, and develop its infrastructure. The Center is introducing modern technologies and innovative approaches to emergency response, improving the training system for firefighters and rescuers, and expanding humanitarian response capabilities across the region.
