South Caucasus Railway Specialists Complete Training under RACHR’s New Program

RACHR has completed the first training course for specialists of South Caucasus Railway CJSC under its new advanced training program, “Response to Accidental Oil Spill Incidents on Land.”

During the course, participants studied the properties of crude oil and petroleum products, environmental and industrial safety requirements, modern oil spill containment and response techniques, as well as the use of specialized equipment and personal protective equipment.

The practical component focused on organizing oil spill response operations, coordinating the actions of all emergency response participants, and making operational decisions in scenarios designed to replicate real-life conditions as closely as possible.

The training of South Caucasus Railway specialists marked the first practical implementation of RACHR’s new educational program and an important milestone in its integration into the professional training system for transport infrastructure personnel.
