An instructor from our Center participated in an international training seminar to improve the skills of fire and rescue units, which was held in Petrozavodsk.

The seminar focused on “Emergency Investigation and Firefighter Rescue,” a key discipline aimed at ensuring personnel safety when working in challenging conditions. Representatives from the Ivanovo Fire and Rescue Academy of the State Fire Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia, rescue services from the Republic of Belarus, and specialists from the Russian-Serbian Humanitarian Center participated in the event.

The program included a tactical fire drill using open fire at an evacuated building. A RACHR instructor served as the chief of the firefighting headquarters, ensuring coordination between units. Following the drill, the participants’ performance was rated “excellent.”
