RACHR conducted on-site training for Armenian rescuers

The training of heads of units of the Rescue Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Armenia on the topic “Extinguishing landscape fires” was completed in Vanadzor. The training was conducted by an instructor from our Center. 12 Armenian rescuers took part in it.

During theoretical classes, the causes of fires, their specifics, as well as the most effective methods for localization and extinguishing were discussed.

The practical part of the training included working with various fire and rescue equipment to extinguish landscape fires. Among other things, rescuers worked on organizing a water supply from a source located at a distance from the fire site.
