Procedure and conditions of participation
Participation is possible in person or online. In-person participation requires completing an extended application form.
Transportation costs, accommodation and meals for participants in Yerevan are at the expense of the sending party.

The collection of scientific articles will be published in both electronic and print formats. Publication of materials in the Conference Proceedings is free of charge and does not require a registration fee. Submissions for publication must be sent by October 20, 2026, to info@rachr.ru (with the subject line "Conference – Spitak").
Scientific article materials are formatted in strict accordance with the template and requirements posted on the website, regardless of which collection the authors plan to publish the materials in.
