Armenian rescue dog handlers to train at RACHR base

On April 29, the training of cynologists of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Armenia began on the territory of the Center under the advanced training program “Preparation of rescue dog handlers to search for injured or died people in man-made rubble.”
The course’s teachers will be instructors from the Stavropol regional branch of the Russian Public Organization “ROSSOYUZSPAS”, who have prepared a large volume of lectures and intensive practical training for their Armenian colleagues.
The training will last for a month and will cover many aspects of dog training aimed at developing the behavioral responses necessary to search for people in destroyed buildings and structures.
