As part of the international training program “Carrying out Emergency Rescue Operations in Blockages, Destroyed Buildings, and Structures,” a nighttime practical training session for rescuers from ICDO member countries was held at RACHR.

The exercise involved searching for and evacuating victims trapped under the rubble of a destroyed building. In conditions of limited visibility, the rescuers illuminated the work area and then began search and rescue operations using various rescue tools, ladders, and climbing equipment.

The international team completed the task in less than two hours. All simulated victims were successfully located and evacuated.

Following the training, RACHR instructors noted the high level of teamwork among the participants, their competent application of the acquired techniques, and their ability to effectively perform tasks in conditions as close as possible to a real emergency.
