RACHR consistently develops international cooperation in the field of rescue training, experience exchange, and the implementation of modern emergency response technologies. The Center serves as a regional platform bringing together professional communities from the Middle East, North Africa, Central and South Asia.

Cooperation with the International Civil Defence Organization

A key area of international activity is cooperation with ICDO. In 2023, the Center was accredited by the organization as a regional training center. The Center is also a member of the ICDO Scientific and Educational Committee, within which training programs for member states are developed and approved.

As of early 2026, five groups of international specialists from 17 countries—including those from the Middle East, North Africa, and Asia—have completed training at the Center. The total number of trained specialists has exceeded 50.

Currently, the ICDO has accredited four training programs of the Center, covering key areas of emergency rescue operations and the application of modern technologies.

Development of Regional Cooperation

The Center consistently builds partnerships with countries in North Africa, the Middle East, Central and South Asia. At this stage, the Center’s efforts are focused on establishing sustainable professional ties, developing cooperation with specialized institutions, and exploring prospects for further collaboration in the field of rescue training.

Particular attention is given to cooperation with the representative offices of Rossotrudnichestvo in these regions, which facilitates communication with international partners and contributes to expanding the Center’s global presence.
