On January 17 the Minister of Emergency Situations of Armenia visited the RACHR. David Tonoyan examined the fire and rescue equipment supplied by the Russian Federation to the Armenian units of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, and the Minister inspected the Crisis Management Center of the RACHR and the new classes for the EMERCOM of Russia specialists, equipped with all the latest technologies for training.
Particular attention was paid to the unique diagnostic complex “Struna – 2” to determine damage caused by an earthquake, wearout or failure of construction technology. Mobile diagnostic complexes have become an important tool for ensuring engineering safety (real stability, seismic resistance, durability) of buildings, structures and technological systems. One of the examples of such a mobile laboratory is the “Struna – 2” complex.
