On April 27, the operational group of our Center participated in departmental exercises of the rescue service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Armenia near the city of Stepanavan. During the exercises, reconnaissance, forecasting and coordination of forces and fire extinguishing equipment in forests and specially protected natural areas were practiced.
The RACHR specialists were assigned the role of conducting reconnaissance of fires on difficult terrain, which was carried out with the help of quadrocopters. In addition, the image from the drones was broadcast to a mobile communications center deployed at the operational headquarters to eliminate a simulated emergency.
The event was inspected by the Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs – Director of the Rescue Service Kamo Kolyaevich Tsutsulyan.
