On November 24, the regular 25th meeting of the General Assembly of the International Civil Defense Organization was held in Abu Dhabi. Among the many topics discussed, one of the most important for us was the issue of giving RACHR the status of a regional training center for ICDO. The event was attended by the management of the Сenter, which presented a report on activities and plans for long-term development. The report attracted the attention of a number of participating countries in the African region and the Middle East. Also, within the framework of the educational committee, planning of the curriculum for 2023 has begun.
Among other things, this event made it possible to hold a number of important meetings with representatives of rescue organizations from Russia, the United Arab Emirates, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and other participating countries.
Such events help to strengthen international cooperation and expand the geography of educational activities.
