Delivery of humanitarian cargo to Syria

An aircraft of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia arrived at the Khmeymim airfield, delivering more than 30 tons of food from Armenia: rice, buckwheat, vegetable oil.

All this will be handed over to refugees who are returning to cities and villages liberated from militants, and will also be taken to the most remote areas, where it is most difficult to establish a life.

Several more flights are ahead, with a total of 100 tons of food and essentials to be delivered to Syria.
