From September 27 to 28, a regular meeting of the Scientific and Educational Committee of the International Civil Defense Organization was held in Minsk, in which representatives of our Center took part.
Delegates from different countries also took part in the meeting: Algeria, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, UAE and others.
This event provides an excellent opportunity to share best practices in educational activities, discuss problematic issues and plan training for the next year.
As part of their stay, the guests visited the University of Civil Defense of the Republic of Belarus, which turned 90 this year. The delegation also got acquainted with the activities of the Minsk Security Center and the Education and Training Center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Belarus. During the exhibition events, it was possible to get acquainted with the educational part, teaching staff and discuss important issues in the educational field.
The development of training and entry into the international arena for our Center is one of the main tasks that will help increase the overall level of competencies in the region.
