Evgenii Povarov, Chief Specialist for Rescue Operations of RACHR, has successfully confirmed his qualification as an international-class rescuer. The certification took place in Irkutsk.
The participants underwent training in several areas, including international rescue operations, a foreign language, first aid, and psychological preparedness.
The practical component included physical fitness assessments as well as evaluation of professional knowledge and skills, including the execution of various types of search and rescue operations with elements of international coordination.
The confirmation of this qualification demonstrates a high level of professional competence and readiness to participate in complex rescue operations, including those conducted abroad.
