RACHR reported on its year-end results on the Russian Ministry of Emergencies’ conference call.

RACHR Co-Director Alexei Butyrskii presented a report on the Center’s activities for 2025 during a conference call with the Russian Ministry of Emergencies. He noted the RACHR’s contribution to the development of the civil defense system in Armenia and the Transcaucasus region, the results of trainings, and the effectiveness of the donated equipment in emergency response.

The meeting also presented the results of the work of the Russian-Serbian Humanitarian Center, whose experience and achievements remain an important element of the Russian Ministry of Emergencies’ international cooperation.

“Over the years, the Centers have successfully integrated into the emergency services of Serbia and Armenia, making a significant contribution to the security of the Balkan and Transcaucasian regions. I am confident that they will continue to professionally address their assigned tasks and maintain their status as effective regional security structures,” emphasized Deputy Minister of the Russian Ministry of Emergencies Roman Kurynin.

In 2025, the RACHR provided assistance to 1,623 citizens and trained over 2,000 specialists. Over 600 people were trained under the Center’s own programs. In May 2025, the RACHR and the RSHC signed a Cooperation Agreement, laying the foundation for further joint development.
