The Director and Deputy Director of our Center, Armen Oganyan and Karen Abrahamyan participated in the international scientific and practical conference “Problems of Ensuring the Stability of Life Support Facilities and Systems,” organized by the Civil Defense Academy of the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia.
In his welcoming remarks, Armen Oganyan emphasized that the exchange of experience and knowledge during the event will contribute to enhancing the professional competence of specialists and will help develop practical recommendations for governing bodies and organizations in protecting the population and territories from emergency situations.
