There has been a management change in the Armenian branch of our Center’s directorate. Armen Oganyan has replaced Pavel Gyozalyan, who served as the Director/Co-Director of RACHR since its founding.
Prior to joining RACHR, Mr. Ohanyan held various positions at the State Non-Profit Organization “Center for Legal Education and Implementation of Rehabilitation Programs” and the Military-Industrial Committee of the Ministry of High-Tech Industry of Armenia.
Karen Abrahamyan, who previously worked for a long time in the Armenian Ministry of Internal Affairs, has also been appointed Deputy Director.
RACHR expresses its gratitude to Pavel Gyozalyan for his many years of service and significant contribution to the development of the humanitarian response system and strengthening cooperation between Russia and Armenia in the field of emergency prevention and response.
