Armenian rescuers completed a course on the basics of UAV control

From September 22 to 26, the Center held a training course entitled “UAV Piloting Fundamentals. Basic Course.” Five employees of the Rescue Service of the MIA of Armenia participated in the course.

During the theoretical part of the program, rescuers learned about safety procedures and tasks that can be accomplished using drones, as well as their technical design, software, and control principles.

Practical training, which utilized our Center’s updated fleet of drones, focused on mastering basic UAV control skills.

The knowledge gained will help improve the effectiveness of rescuers during search and rescue operations in various natural and man-made disasters.
