Armenian rescuers undergone advanced training at RACHR

12 employees of the Rescue Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Armenia, representing various regions of the republic, underwent training at the RACHR under the advanced training program “Organization and management of search and rescue operations in case of collapse of buildings and structures”. The training was conducted by teachers of the Siberian Fire and Rescue Academy of the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia.

During the five-day theoretical and practical training, the rescuers learned the principles of organizing emergency management work at the international level according to the INSARAG methodology, as well as the specifics of conducting rescue operations. The knowledge gained will help to improve the efficiency of work of the Armenian rescuers during search and rescue operations in various natural and man-made disasters.
