59 gas and smoke protectors – employees of the Yerevan fire and rescue garrison – underwent training at the RACHR base from June 30 to July 3. The main topic of the training was to improve the skills of responding to industrial accidents.
The training took place at the Center’s multipurpose training complex. The modules “Heat and Smoke Chamber” and “Fakel” were used in the work. The rescuers practiced searching for and rescuing victims from smoke-filled areas and solved problems of extinguishing a production facility in an environment unsuitable for breathing.
In May, 350 employees of the Yerevan Fire and Rescue Garrison have already been trained at the RACHR base.
