The Center’s commission conducted an inspection of the storage and operating conditions of special equipment and machinery transferred to the units of the Rescue Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Armenia in the Aragatsotn and Lori regions.
The inspection showed that the equipment, including emergency rescue tools, power plants, generators, special-purpose vehicles, firefighting equipment, and radio stations, is used for its intended purpose and is serviced on time.
Armenian rescuers noted the high efficiency of the supplied equipment in eliminating the consequences of the flood in Lori Marz in May 2024, as well as the hurricane that hit the city of Aparan last week.
RACHR transferred more than 1,200 units of various equipment and machinery to Armenian rescuers, including heavy and medium-class vehicles, communications and life support equipment. In 2025, Armenian rescuers have used Russian equipment in their work more than 1,500 times.
