The training of the members of the Mountain Club, operating at the Rossotrudnichestvo representative office in Armenia, took place at the multipurpose training complex of our Center.
During the classes, the novice climbers became familiar with different types of ropes used in work in the mountains and at high-altitude objects, learned how to organize belaying, and practiced descending using the simplest equipment.
Practical classes with RACHR instructors, along with theoretical training conducted by the staff of the Mountain Club, are an integral part of preparation for the active summer season and ascent to the highest point of Armenia – Mount Aragats (4090 m).
