Russian rescuers conducted training for employees of the Armenian 911 service

The National Crisis Management Center of the Rescue Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Armenia held training under the program “Professional training of the 911 (112) rescue service personnel, action algorithms”, organized by our Center. The training was conducted by teachers of the “Siberian Fire and Rescue Academy of the State Fire Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia”.

During the training, Armenian rescuers studied algorithms for actions in the event of an emergency, including receiving calls, responding to accidents, fires, man-made accidents, natural disasters, and mastered methods of working with automated systems and providing emergency psychological assistance. Particular attention was paid to interaction with tourist groups and the use of geolocation technologies.

The knowledge and practical experience gained as a result of the training contribute to increasing the responsiveness of the rescue services of MIA of Armenia and the safety of the population in the context of global challenges.
