As part of the festive events dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War, the professional training instructor of our Center, together with representatives of the Mountaineering Federation of Armenia, climbed the highest point of Armenia, Mount Northern Aragats (4090 m).
A total of 4 people took part in the ascent. One of the objectives of the ascent was also to study the area of potential search and rescue operations.
Having reached the top, the climbers unfurled the flag of the 150th Idritsa-Berlin Rifle Division, similar to the one raised over the Reichstag in May 1945 by Mikhail Yegorov and Meliton Kantaria.
