The Center signed a cooperation agreement with the public organization “Union of Search and Rescue Clubs” (VOAM) of Armenia. The document was signed by the heads of the RACHR Aleksei Butyrskii and Pavel Gyozalyan, as well as the director of VOAM Vahe Khachatryan.
As part of the agreement, RACHR and VOAM agreed to work together on advanced training of specialists of population and territorial protection, emergency prevention and response, as well as the development of educational programs. Specialists from both organizations will also conduct joint trainings, seminars and working meetings to exchange experience and work methods.
