Students of the State Institute of Physical Culture and Sports of Armenia have completed training in the specialization “Rescue technique” at our Center.
The classes included studying aspects related to the organization of gas rescue services, legal bases and methods of providing first aid, technical equipment of gas rescue teams, as well as tactics of conducting and managing gas rescue operations during the elimination of the consequences of leaks of chemical hazardous substances.
During the classes, students tried their hand at searching and evacuating a victim in conditions of an atmosphere unsuitable for breathing using special protective suits and isolating type personal respiratory protective equipment.
