RACHR specialists conducted an on-site training for the employees of the Fire and Rescue Squad No. 5 of the Rescue Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Armenia in Yerevan, aimed at improving their skills in handling road accidents.
During the training, rescuers learned methods of extracting victims from emergency vehicles using hydraulic and pneumatic tools and providing them with first aid.
The focus during the training was on the tactics of organizing rescue operations in accidents of varying complexity and distributing responsibilities among the rescue team for more effective actions to eliminate the consequences of an accident. The rescuers also learned about the features of hybrid and electric vehicles.
