The RACHR commission inspected the storage and operating conditions of special equipment and gear transferred to the units of the Rescue Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) of Armenia.
The inspection was carried out in the psychological support department and the National Crisis Management Center of Rescue Service of MIA. In particular, the psychological support department was given more than 50 types of equipment for providing emergency psychological assistance to the population and conducting rehabilitation work for rescuers.
To date RACHR transferred more than 1,200 units of various equipment and gear to Rescue Service of MIA, including heavy and medium-class vehicles, communications and life support equipment. In 2024, Armenian rescuers used Russian equipment in their work more than 7,000 times.
