Armenian rescuers complete training in road accident rescue operations

RACHR instructors conducted on-site training for specialists of the Rescue Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Armenia from the Syunik region to improve their skills in handling road accidents.

During the training, rescuers learned methods of extracting victims from emergency vehicles using hydraulic and pneumatic tools and providing them with first aid.

Part of the training was devoted to complex types of accidents as evacuating a person from an overturned car located in a deep ravine using climbing equipment. Rescuers also learned about the design features of hybrid and electric vehicles.

At the end, the students received certificates for successfully completing the training.
