In Cairo, on the sidelines of the XXVI General Assembly of the International Civil Defense Organization (ICDO), a meeting was held between Director of RACHR Alexei Butyrsky, General manager of GACP of Egypt Hazem Farok and Director of Civil Protection Training Institute of MOI of Egypt Mohamed Abd El Helel.
The parties discussed possible areas of bilateral cooperation in the field of advanced training programs of firefighters and rescuers, as well as preparations for signing a Cooperation Agreement.
Representatives of Egypt emphasized that all Egyptian trainees who took part in RACHR programs noted the high professionalism of our Center’s instructors. Following the negotiations, the leaders expressed confidence that the first group of rescuers from Egypt will arrive at the RACHR base by the end of 2025.
