RACHR instructors conducted on-site training for specialists of the Rescue Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Armenia from the Gegharkunik region to improve their skills in handling road accidents.
During the training rescuers studied various methods of extracting victims from emergency vehicles using hydraulic and pneumatic tools and providing them with first aid.
Part of the training was devoted to complex types of accidents evacuating a person from a car located in a deep ravine, using mountaineering equipment. The rescuers also learned about the features of hybrid and electric cars.
At the end, the students received certificates for successfully completing the training.
