The training program entitled “Moving oversized cargo in natural and man-made blockages” was completed at RACHR, where delegates from the member countries of the International Civil Defense Organization from Algeria, Egypt, Jordan, Kyrgyzstan, Lebanon, Malaysia, Mongolia, Serbia, Russia and Armenia took part.
Over the course of two weeks 10 rescuers under the guidance of the Center’s instructors, successfully completed both the theoretical and practical modules of the program, aimed primarily at practicing non-standard, but at the same time safe methods of moving heavy and oversized loads during search and rescue operations in rubble using improvised means, as well as heavy equipment.
At the end of the training, foreign rescuers passed theoretical testing and a team practical exam at the multipurpose training complex of RACHR and then they were awarded personalized certificates for successful completion of the program.
