Delegates from the member countries of the International Civil Defense Organization from Algeria, Egypt, Jordan, Kyrgyzstan, Lebanon, Malaysia, Mongolia, Serbia, Russia and Armenia arrived at the Center’s base to participate in the training program “Moving oversized cargo in natural and man-made blockages”.
Over two weeks, 10 rescuers, under the guidance of the Center’s instructors, will complete both the theoretical and practical modules of the program, aimed primarily at practicing non-standard, but at the same time safe methods of moving heavy loads during a search and rescue operation in rubble using improvised means.
At the end of the program, rescuers will have to undergo theoretical testing and a practical exam at the site of the multipurpose training complex of RACHR.
