RACHR held an Open Day

Traditionally, in early September, the Center organized an open day for schoolchildren from Armenian schools. On September 5, RACHR was visited by ninth-grade students from Yerevan School No. 34 named after Stepan Lisitsian. Our staff organized a tour of the Center for the children and demonstrated the equipment and tools used in rescue training.

The schoolchildren practiced putting out an open fire with a fire extinguisher and tried their hand at a climbing range, crossing from the top floor of a building to the ground using climbing equipment. In addition, the children learned about the capabilities of unmanned aerial vehicles and tried their hand at controlling them on a flight simulator.
