There has been a change in management in the Russian part of the directorate of our Center. Alexei Butyrskii has been appointed instead of Yurii Poleshchuk, who held the position of director/co-director of RACHR since the organization’s foundation.
Colonel of the Internal Service Alexei Butyrskii has been working in the system of the Ministry of emergency situations of Russia since 2012. Before his appointment as director/co-director of RACHR, he was the head of the Development Institute of the Academy of the State Fire Service of Ministry of emergency situations of Russia.
Yurii Poleshchuk leaves RACHR due to a transfer to another job. The Center’s management expresses gratitude to him for his professional and fruitful work and wishes him success in his future career.
