The «Zaval» training unit which forms part of the multipurpose training complex of RACHR is used for training in conducting search and rescue operations on collapsed buildings, as well as in conditions of blockages of various morphologies.
The unit allows practicing instrumental search for victims, rescuing people trapped on the upper floors of buildings using ladders and rope access methods, practicing techniques for extracting victims from the blockages, punching openings in reinforced concrete structures, and much more.
The unit is used in the training programs “Rope technologies at industrial facilities” and “Search and rescue operations in blockages, destroyed buildings and structures.”
