Delegates from member-states of International Civil Defense Organization from Bahrain, Algeria, Tunisia, Egypt, Lebanon, Serbia, Cyprus, Jordan, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, and Russia arrived at the Center to participate in a training program called “Rope technologies at industrial facilities.”
Over the next two weeks, 11 rescuers, under the guidance of the Center’s instructors, will undergo both theoretical and practical modules of the program, aimed primarily at working at high-altitude industrial facilities with a minimum of necessary equipment, but without loss of efficiency and in compliance with all safety measures.
At the end of the program, foreign rescuers will have to pass theoretical testing and a practical exam at the site of the RACGR multipurpose training complex.
