Development of the educational and material base of the RACHR

As part of the development of the educational and material base of the Russian-Armenian Center of Humanitarian Response, the construction of a mobile multifunctional training complex (MMTC) and an artificial climbing structure (climbing wall) was completed.
MMTC allows to conduct training in emergency and rescue operations of a technogenic nature, both on the territory of the center and in the most remote fire and rescue squads of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Armenia.
At the climbing wall, classes will be held to develop methods for conducting rescue operations at height and to develop rock climbing and mountaineering techniques.
These facilities will improve the quality of education both at the Center and at offsite events.
