On March 31, Vladimir Solovyov, Director of the Department of International Activities of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russian Federation, member of the Board of the RACHR, visited the Russian-Armenian Center of Humanitarian Response. During the visit, he got acquainted with the development of the educational and material base of the Center. The guest was shown promising projects for training specialists in the field of prevention and liquidation of emergency situations. At the end of the working meeting with the management of the center, topical issues related to the activities of the RACHR and its further development were discussed.
