The Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia once again delivers humanitarian aid to the affected population of Nagorno-Karabakh. Based on the request of local authorities, the operational group of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia, located in Ivanyan compiled a list of priority building materials needed for the restoration of residential buildings and socially significant facilities. The convoy included more than 50 tons of roofing and lumber materials. The humanitarian convoy will follow the route Yerevan – Goris – Stepanakert.
