RACHR employees took part in an emergency

On August 26, a domestic gas explosion and a partial collapse of a four-story residential building occurred in Yerevan. The employees of the RACHR took part in the response to the emergency, with the aim of strengthening the forces and means of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Armenia, as well as deploying a mobile command post at the work site.
Upon arrival, the operational group established coordination work with the head of emergency rescue operations.
The employees of the Department of Operational Management carried out: an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) flew around the scene of the tragedy with a video signal broadcast for the RA Ministry of Emergency Situations, as well as an automatic flight of the UAV in order to create a 3D model of the destroyed building for further study and calculations.
All information was provided to the RA MES and personally to the RA MES Minister Felix Tsolakyan.
The employees of the Search and Rescue Division established interaction with the rescue forces of the RA Ministry of Emergency Situations, which are clearing the rubble, and created a reserve of rescue forces and means in case of emergency situations. Rescue equipment for cargo slinging and consulting assistance was provided.
