The continued heavy rainfall in Iran and the resulting floods have resulted in casualties, including the deaths of 63 people. Very serious damage has been done to the agro-industrial complex, infrastructure and residential buildings in most provinces.
Under the current conditions, in connection with the appeal of the Iranian side, it was decided to send by the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia together with the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Armenia through the Russian-Armenian Center of Humanitarian Response more than 4 thousand items of materiel (blankets, tents and other critical items), for account of the Russian Federation.
We express our sympathy and support to all the people of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and wish them perseverance in overcoming the misfortune that has befallen this friendly country.
