RACHР jointly with the Federal State Budgetary Institution All-Russian Research Institute on Civil Defense and Emergency Situations held a refresher course for specialists of the MES of the Republic of Armenia

During the period from October 29 to November 22, 2018, RACHR, in cooperation with the research center of the Federal State Budgetary Institution All-Russian Research Institute on Civil Defense and Emergency Situations, conducted an advanced training course for specialists from the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Armenia.

In the process of studying, the mobile diagnostic complex “STRUNA-2” was used, this is a modern complex that makes it possible to check the strength of buildings and assess risks from an earthquake in advance. In addition, it can be used to assess seismic risks at the construction site of a future building, as well as assess the accident rate of buildings that have already been built.

Upon completion of the classes, the Russian-Armenian Center of Humanitarian Response handed over the Struna-2 complex for further operation.
