On December 12, representatives of the Armenian Red Cross Society and the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies visited the Russian-Armenian Humanitarian Response Center to familiarize themselves with the center’s educational and material capactities, as well as its main activities.
The Directorate of the RACHR announced fruitful cooperation in the field of training specialists with the Armenian Red Cross Society (ARCS). Representatives of IFRC reported a very high assessment of the cooperation between RACHR and ARCS and interest in its continuation.
The guests showed interest in the Center as a possible logistics hub in case of emergency response in terms of areas for storing non-food stocks for emergency humanitarian response.
