The Day of the Rescue officer is celebrated annually in Armenia on September 4. The Russian-Armenian Сenter of Humanitarian Response, represented by the entire team, congratulates the employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Armenia, brave, strong people who are always ready to help.
