The staff of the RACHR conducted classes on the basics of avalanche safety during search and rescue operations with the rescuers of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Armenia.
The audience got acquainted with the methods of determining the degree of avalanche danger, ways to reduce the risk when working on avalanche-prone terrain, as well as the tactics of conducting search and rescue operations when searching for victims of an avalanche using modern equipment.
