At the training base of RACHR, teachers of the St. Petersburg University of the State Fire Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation conduct training for employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Armenia under the program “Basics of safety in contact with explosive objects, demining.” Classes include both theoretical and practical parts.
