Today, on the first day of winter, RACHR sent a convoy of three pieces of equipment to Stepanakert.
Humanitarian cargo – three thousand warm blankets. Despite difficult weather conditions, the convoy reached its destination without incident. The cargo was transferred to a special warehouse for further free distribution among the population affected by the armed conflict.
